The Chocolate ducklings were on sale at the Waitrose grocery chain in the UK "Overheard women saying" this is not right, "I agree, it does not look good at all, but it's not good, "She tweeted."
In a statement to CNN, Waitrose offered an apology:
"We are very sorry for any upset caused by the name of this product, it was absolutely not our intention to cause any offense," reads the statement.
We removed the product from sale several weeks ago while we changed the label and our pitfalls are now back on sale. "
