Shanghai Mayor Jon Jon and head of Tesla Elon Musk will be postered with a memorial plaque for the Center for the Development and Innovation of Tesla Electric Vehicles (Shanghai).
Tesla builds about $ 2 billion (over 13 billion yuan) of Chinese lenders to build its massive battery and car factory in Shanghai, according to a study by JL Warren Capital.
Musk said in the fourth-quarter earnings call that Te sla would need "something in the order of $ 0.5 billion at CapEx to get to a 3,000 car grade in Shanghai."
JL Warren said the first phase of Financing is likely to have an interest rate of 3.9% below the base rate of the People's Bank of China 4,35%. This should help Tesla get its mounting line for the production of its original 250,000 electric sedans from the lower end.
