Part of the southwest, known for its sunny weather, experienced a real winter wonderland this week. Las Vegas was impressed by the second snow blow for a week on Wednesday, and it's the biggest snow that the city has received in ten years.

The areas around the city were 1 to 3 inches, capturing tourists and confused residents. NWS says that snow can continue in the morning, potentially becoming ice-cold.

"We do not have snow-removing machines," said Christine Kruse, spokesman for the airport. She said that about 100 flights were canceled through snow and ice.
