Today, the leading cyber security firm has found a way to quantify this.
In its latest report on the threat of CrowdStrike, a company that found that Russians broke their National Committee of the Democratic Republic, finds Russian intelligence hackers faster and more smart than North Koreans, Chinese, Iranians, and sophisticated criminals.
CrowdStrike measured what it calls the "breakthrough time" ̵
"It's interesting to see that Russian actors are threatened almost eight times faster than their fast rival, North Korean opponents, who are almost twice as fast as groups of invading China," said CrowdStrike in the threat report.
