New character Mortal Kombat 11, Cetrion, Revealed

Mortal Kombat 11 is in just a few weeks, and the NetherRealm developer continues to uncover new characters when starting the game. Last week, the company presented its fans with their first look at the three returning militants, Liu Kahn, Kung Lao and Jaaks, during the first Sony presentation with a new character on Cetrion.

we see in our open trailer (via Game Informer), Cetrion is the eldest God, united with the Earth, and it is able to use its natural forces in battle; The trailer demonstrates its challenge to the vines from the ground, to hold back the opponents and invent stones to shoot down their enemies. The video ends with a look at one of the deaths of Cetrion, which sees how it grows to the size of God and falls on a bunch of energy for the unfortunate Jade.

Like Cetrion, Geras also has some elemental forces; he is able to call objects made of sand – for example, a bed of spikes that he can hit his enemies – and even manipulate time. A complete list of all confirmed fighters you can see here.

In addition to the base registry, NetherRealm will release a DLC range for MK 11. The developer has not yet announced how much will, but we got our look at the first during the C2E2 last month: Shang Tsung. This time Tsung's similarity is based on Kari-Hiroyuki Tagava, an actor who depicted the character of the 1995 Mortal Kombat. Players who pre-ordered the game will also receive Shao Kahn as a bonus character.

Mortal Kombat 11 launches for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch on April 23. Version of the Switch to PAX East 2019, and although it was a noticeable visual downgrade, we found that the game was running and played well on the Nintendo console. More information about the title can be found in our Mortal Kombat 11 manual for pre-order.
