Gwen Stephanie, star of Voice at NBC, sold her property in Beverly Hills, California, for $ 21.65 million.
Stephanie first listed housing in 2017 for $ 35 million, according to Realtor. com, but dropped the price to $ 25 million earlier this year. She originally purchased the house from ex-husband Gavin Rossdale for $ 13.25 million in 2006.
Built in 1998 and renovated in 2003, the 15,018-square-foot property has seven bedrooms and 10 full bathrooms.
Stephanie is known for her bold style that can be seen at home. "The whole style of the home is a visual delight," says co-author Craig Kinesek of the Agency and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. "It's a cozy and home museum of contemporary art."
A black and white lobby leads to the living room and dining room, separated in the center by a stone fireplace from floor to ceiling.
Geometric designs are consistent throughout the home, along with bright, neon colors and stone accents.
The master room has a dressing room and a master bathroom.
There is also a movie theater in the house.
Outside there is a guest house, a swimming pool and a tennis court.
Stephanie is known as the lead singer in the No Doubt band, and has won three Grammys.
