Sen. Lindsey Graham, RS.C., promised Sunday to investigate possible talks at the Justice Department on the challenge of the 25th Amendment as a way to ousted President Trump from office and threatened by Andrew McCabe, former deputy director of the FBI, if he refused to give evidence
"We going to find out what happened here, and the only way I know to find out is to call people under oath and find out, through questioning, who is telling the truth, because Gram, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, told CBS that he is also planning to report and McCabe and Deputy Attorney General Rod Roosenstein if they would not voluntarily agree to testify before the committee.

Graham's remarks came out on a film of Fox News, which reported that the former FBI lawyer James Baker, in the testimony of the closed door of the Congress, had a detailed discussion between senior officials of the Ministry of Justice on the challenge of the 25th Amendment.
Indications were made last fall to the Committee on Supervision and the Judiciary of the House. Fox News has confirmed part of the transcript. It provides an additional insight into the discussions that have returned to the focus in Washington as FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe reconsiders this issue during an interview that promotes his upcoming book.
Baker did not identify two officials of the Cabinet. But in his testimony, the lawyer said that McCabe and FBI lawyer Lisa Pie came to him to convey their conversations with Rosenshtein, including the discussion of the 25th Amendment.
"Some of the bundles of Andy McCabe and Lisa Paige were told to me. In a conversation with a deputy prosecutor general, he stated that he was what was associated with me – that he had at least two members of the presidential office who were ready Suppose you probably would have called it, Baker told the committees.

The 25th amendment provides for a mechanism to remove a presidential meeting from office. One of the ways that may happen is that most of the president's cabinet says that the president is not able to fulfill his duties.
After he gave an interview to "60 minutes," McCabe since then spoke with a spokesman for the former head of the FBI issued a statement in which he said that McCabe did not "participate in any extended discussion of use 25th Amendment, and does not know about such a discussion. "
