Judge Ruth Bader Ginzburg will return on Tuesday for oral arguments for the time after the operation in late December.
The Public Information Service of the Supreme Court confirmed the presence of Ginzburg shortly after 9 am.
On December 21, Ginsburg conducted an operation to remove two cancerous nodules from the lower left lung. The court reported on January 11 that the restoration of Ginzburg is on the move and that postoperative evaluation does not indicate the presence of the disease, and further treatment is not required.
Ginzburg was on trial at the closed door of the conference. judges decided which cases will be considered.
