Parents of Miss Colorado's mother who disappeared almost three months ago, reveal a possible motive for the murder of their daughter. Parents of Kelsey Berrethad the motive to kill Berrea, as she refused to give him the custody of her 1 year old daughter. The new statement is part of a civil complaint filed by Berrell's parents, according to CBS News correspondent Jamie Yukkas.
They condemn Phrase for emotional frustration after a series of "false statements" that he allegedly made Mother Barre, Sheril, by telephone on December 2, including that he and Berrett "dispersed on Thanksgiving Day or Thanksgiving and agreed to Cracker Barrel Restaurant in Colorado Springs to divide the custody of their daughter
When Sheryl hit Phraze for detailed information about the location of her daughter, he probably suggested that "Kelsey might have flown with somebody else or colleague."
"As a general rule, if Kelsey was going to travel, we knew it had begun ". She said she talked to Berreet over the phone on the morning of Thanksgiving shortly before the 29-year-old went shopping in a supermarket in Colorado, where she recently seen on video surveillance with his daughter.
The lawsuit claims that Frazy told Sheryl a number of lies, "knowing that Kelsey died because he killed her, or forced her to kill." The authorities believe that Frazy killed Berreth in her house, but they did not identify the motive, and her body was not found yet. Frazee is currently in jail without a pledge.
